Commercial

The ladder.

Fixed fee, always. Never hourly, because hourly caps the business at the founder's hours and invites an argument about scope. We do not discount; we reduce scope instead.

What it replaces

A conventional data compilation and targeting study from a tier-one consultancy runs into the tens of thousands before a hole is planned. Published benchmarks put experienced geological consulting at four hundred to fourteen hundred euro a day, project-level reporting at two to eleven thousand euro, and comprehensive evaluations above fifty-five thousand.

The Target Generation Package is six thousand five hundred dollars. That is roughly one-fifth of a single reverse-circulation hole, and it is deliberately below the delegated approval threshold at most small explorers — so the exploration manager can approve it without writing a board paper. That single fact matters more than any value-pricing theory.

Terms that do not move

  • Fifty per cent on order, fifty per cent on delivery
  • Retainers monthly in advance, twelve-month minimum
  • Subscriptions annual-prepaid at fifteen per cent off
  • Invoiced in USD, or AUD for Australian clients at a monthly fixed rate
  • Liability capped at fees paid. Always
  • No warranty of discovery. Ever
  • You report drill outcomes on our targets within ninety days, in exchange for a credit

That last clause is not administrative. It is how the outcome database gets built, and the outcome database is what eventually lets us publish a calibrated hit rate.
